These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kd1111 website located at https://kd1111.org, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related services operated under the kd1111 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kd1111 ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

By completing the registration process, accessing your kd1111 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following additional policies, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kd1111:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how kd1111 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and support available to help you manage your gaming activity.
• Any specific bonus, promotion, or tournament terms issued by kd1111 from time to time, which supplement these Terms.

Access to and use of the kd1111 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kd1111 operates a strict 18+ policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. kd1111 may request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the kd1111 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. kd1111 does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every country. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or regulatory exclusion that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• Good standing: Your account must not have been previously closed, suspended, or terminated by kd1111 for breach of these Terms or any other reason that resulted in a permanent ban.

kd1111 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting the value of any bonuses or free plays used, and the account will be permanently closed.

To access the full range of kd1111 services — including placing bets, playing games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

The following rules apply to all registered kd1111 accounts:

• One account per player: Each player is entitled to register and operate exactly one kd1111 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. kd1111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number registered to a Bangladesh-based network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh), and a valid email address. Fictitious, borrowed, or deliberately inaccurate registration details are a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd1111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kd1111 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you notify kd1111 immediately that your credentials have been compromised.
• OTP verification: kd1111 uses one-time PIN (OTP) two-factor authentication when you log in from a new or unrecognised device. This OTP is sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not share OTPs with any third party.
• KYC verification: kd1111 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

kd1111 processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Registration data is used solely to operate your account, comply with the Platform's legal obligations under its gaming licence, and provide customer support.

All financial transactions on the kd1111 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Player-owned payment methods only: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from a family member's mobile wallet or bank account — are prohibited. kd1111 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit made from a payment method that does not match your registered identity and to require repayment of any withdrawals funded by such deposits.
• No money laundering: kd1111 has zero tolerance for money laundering or any other financial crime. Accounts used for the purpose of cycling funds through the Platform without genuine gaming activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

kd1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

All bonuses issued by kd1111 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer. kd1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its sole discretion, for example where a player's prior bonus usage pattern indicates bad-faith participation.

All games available on the kd1111 Platform are powered by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games are governed by their own certified game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the in-game rules displayed by the provider and any summary description on the kd1111 website, the provider's certified rules take precedence.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all game categories on the Platform:

• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. kd1111 reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on specific accounts or game types at any time.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the International Cricket Council for T20 World Cup matches). In-play bets placed after the official start of play but before a market suspension is reflected in the Platform interface are settled at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted by kd1111's system.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your kd1111 account, forfeiture of your balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one kd1111 account, including under different identities or using different devices or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details, including impersonating another person or using another person's identity documentation to pass KYC verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by kd1111, including automated betting strategies, screen scrapers, or data harvesters.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, whether or not the exploit involves a technical vulnerability in the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to artificially influence outcomes or to generate guaranteed profits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the kd1111 Platform as a vehicle, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing the customer support system, including submitting knowingly false complaints, threatening support agents, or repeatedly opening support tickets in bad faith to delay legitimate enforcement action.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the kd1111 Platform's software, source code, or security systems.
• Any conduct that is discriminatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kd1111 staff, other players, or third parties in any communication channel associated with kd1111.

kd1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the kd1111 Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. kd1111 will attempt to contact the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period, applied to any remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your kd1111 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any eligible real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification requirements.

Effect of closure: Upon permanent closure of your account, whether initiated by you or by kd1111, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. kd1111 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and its gaming licence obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law & disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kd1111 holds its international offshore gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, kd1111's records — including transaction logs, game history, and communication records — shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the facts they record, unless demonstrated to be in error by clear and independent evidence. Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact the support team in the first instance. kd1111 aims to resolve all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt of the written complaint.
